RM2 Consulting Services, LLC (RM2) is dedicated to supporting the construction industry by educating and informing municipalities, developers, project owners, contracting agencies, prospective bidders, contractors, and construction workers about the wage statutes that apply to local, state, and federally funded construction projects. - Assisting bidders, project owners, construction managers, and workers with understanding the applicable wages for specific projects, classifications, or locations.
- Assisting employers in understanding and maintaining compliance via Labor Compliance software.
- Monitor projects to ensure compliance with Prevailing Wage regulations through Certified Payroll Review.
- Mediating disputes between contractors and workers regarding Prevailing Wage to resolve issues at the field level, avoiding the need to file claims with the contracting or federal agency.
- Assisting construction workers in validating their claims and referring them to the appropriate regulatory or enforcement agencies when Prevailing Wage disputes cannot be resolved between the parties involved.
Consulting
DBA/DBRA Complinace is just one component of a federally fianced project. Compliance still must be maintained on local, state and other federal statutes and regulations. Our team consists of highly skilled consultants with over 30 years of combined extensive experience in various project types. From DOD to VA and all agencies in between, if you’re on a DBA/DBRA project, or a HUD project that includes CDBG compliance with Section 3 provisions, or even a local wage project, RM2 has you covered. We are committed to delivering quality services to our clients and helping them complete on-time, in-compliance projects.

Certified Payroll Review
We will review your Certified Payroll for inaccuracies and compare it to the Wage Interviews to ensure compliance with proper classification, correct wages, and fringe benefit calculations.

Conformance Request
We will review your project and ensure that, if necessary, a conformance request for additional wage classification is completed for submission well in advance of the need.
